Galactic Fun at Augusta's "May the 4th Be With You" Celebration at the HUB

In a building not so far, far away, individuals of all ages and backgrounds, whether attuned to the Force or not, gathered at the HUB on May 2, 2024, for a thrilling "May the 4th Be With You" event.  

The event, orchestrated by the visionary Corey Rogers and his wonderful companions, left attendees beaming with joy—proof that a touch of whimsy and make-believe can brighten any day! Gratitude abounds for Corey Rogers and his fantastic crew! Special thanks are due to Dr. Mac Bowman, Fast Signs, the Paulette Harris Literacy Center, Augusta Locally Grown, RISE Augusta, Harrisburg Family Health Center, and other esteemed organizations that lent their support to bring this fun event to the Augusta community!

The festivities were nothing short of EPIC! Attendees adorned themselves in an array of imaginative costumes, while music filled the air and a vibrant parade unfolded. Guests enjoyed complimentary books, delightful face painting, enticing raffles, captivating artwork, and engaging trivia contests for both Padawans and Jedi Masters alike. And who could forget the highlight of the day—Darth Biscuit's thrilling appearance, much to everyone's delight!

The "May the 4th Be With You" celebration was a resounding success, weaving together the spirit of adventure and camaraderie within our community. With lightsabers in hand and hearts united, Augusta soared to new galactic heights!
